It Starts With Us
Fran Brown, a rising star in the college football coaching world, earned his first head coaching job at Syracuse University prior the 2024 season, and his ability to connect with players, families, donors, and community – authentically – is evident at each stop on his journey. His ability to relate to others is rooted in his upbringing in Camden, NJ. We follow his journey from Camden to kickoff.
Fine Line
FINE LINE is timely, urgent, and unique, focusing on Brownsville, Texas, during a pivotal presidential election year with a narrative centered around Mayor John Cowen. As the political climate continues to devolve nationally, John and his community move forward, growing a city and region while also developing the “Brownsville Model” to compassionately and efficiently navigate the daily influx of people seeking opportunity.
The First Shall Last: Miss Cooper’s Story
Miss Cooper, the first black teacher in Washingtonville, NY’s history, changed many lives throughout her career, but perhaps none more than Scott Pioli, 5-time Super Bowl champion. Scott’s life was upended in 1973 when his 3rd grade teacher, Miss Cooper, helped shape him to be an advocate for racial and gender equity. His pursuit of truth led him to Africatown, Alabama, where he was reunited with his childhood hero.

Paul Camarata
Founder, Producer, CEO
Paul Camarata’s 22-year filmmaking career includes both creative and leadership positions on acclaimed programming such as HBO’s HARD KNOCKS, the Netflix doc series QUARTERBACK, and the 4D film at the NFL Experience Times Square. A creator both professionally and for recreation, he has produced poetry, blogs, photography, essays, graphic design and social media. He is a native of Albany, NY, and University of Notre Dame ‘02. Paul and his wife, Kate, a fellow '02 graduate from Notre Dame, live in Moorestown, NJ, and run a tighter ship than their counterparts to the north.
Brian Pawloski
Founder, Producer, COO
Brian Pawloski is a lifelong urban educator and community advocate. Most recently, he was the Founder of Buffalo Collegiate Charter School in his native Buffalo, NY, a college prep school for students who did not have access to high-quality schools. Brian worked for Teach for America, Alliance for Catholic Education, and was a Fellow at Building Excellent Schools. He is a native of Buffalo, NY, and earned his degrees at the University of Notre Dame. Brian and his wife, Lillian, live in Buffalo, NY, in the loudest house on the street.
